Effective Date: 7th July 2025

RSI TEAM provides access to algorithmic trading systems, software tools, IT integrations, and related digital services.
All services, subscriptions, and software access provided by RSI TEAM are non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of usage level, performance, or user satisfaction.

By making a payment to RSI TEAM, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Nature of Service
   RSI TEAM delivers intangible and customised digital products (such as software access, strategy setup, API configuration, or onboarding assistance).
   Since these services involve immediate intellectual property exposure and technical resource allocation, refunds or cancellations are not possible once delivery or account activation has begun.

2. No Profit Guarantee
   RSI TEAM does not guarantee profits or returns from the use of any of its products or services.
   Algorithmic trading carries market risk, and performance depends entirely on market conditions and user execution.
   All profits and losses are solely the client’s responsibility.

3. Client Responsibility
   Clients are expected to review all details and 
   RSI TEAM encourages clients to request clarification via official support channels prior to making payment.

4. Exception Handling
   Refunds will only be considered if:

   • Payment was made in error and the service was not activated or accessed; or

   • Required by law under exceptional circumstances (e.g., double transaction).
     All such requests must be made in writing to rsiteamdevelopers@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment.

5. Acknowledgment
   By proceeding with payment or activation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund Policy, and agree that RSI TEAM shall not be held liable for any claim related to performance, profitability, or perceived outcome of its tools or systems.
